FAQs

Where are you located?

We are located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney! Our playgroup sessions are on the move! Catch us as we POP UP in various parks across the eastern suburbs.

What about wet weather?

There are many benefits of playing outdoors. Our sessions will still go ahead if there is light rain. However, if it is heavy rain, we will do our best to host at an indoor location. If this isn’t an option we will reschedule the session and issue you a voucher.

We will let you know of any changes via email and on our social media.

Can i cancel my booking?

You will receive a session credit if you notify us of your booking cancellation at least 8 hours before your scheduled session time.

For morning sessions, which begin at 9:30 AM, you must inform us of your cancellation by 8:00 PM the evening before.

Session credits are valid for 3 months.

Please note we do not offer refunds.

What should I bring?

Please bring with you

  • Booking confirmation

  • A hat and sunscreen

  • A drink bottle

  • Change of clothes

  • Towel to dry off

What should my child wear?

Our sessions are intended to get messy. Please bring your child in clothes you don’t mind getting messy or stained. Please also consider this advice for yourself, we love parents to get involved.

Are all experiences taste safe?

At Messy Little Hands we prioritise the safety of your child during our sessions. While not all experiences will be food based with the use of nature materials involved, we ensure that for our very little ones we will provide a sensory safe play environment and offer taste safe materials. Whilst the materials are not intended to be eaten, this means if they put a small amount in their mouth it won’t pose a health risk.

Some products ‘may contain traces of’ allergens.

Please let us know when booking if your child has any allergies.

Can I take photos or videos during the session?

We love seeing photos and videos of children in their element and enjoying all the experiences, however please be mindful when using your camera. Asking other parents/guardians before taking a photo or video is a great way to ensure we are respecting others privacy.

During our sessions we will take photos and short videos with your consent which will be used for our social media platforms and our website to showcase the wonderful memories being made.

Please let us know upon booking or at beginning of session if you do not wish to have yours or your child’s picture taken. Your comfort is our priority.
